Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services (KSFES) has announced employment notification for the recruitment 1859 Firemen, Fire Station Officer, Driver Posts. Qualification :
Fire Station Officer : Interested candidates have passed their degree in Science stream only with Chemistry and equivalent subjects.
Fireman Driver : Interested candidates have passed SSLC/10th class examination with a valid driving licence.
Firemen : Interested candidates have passed SSLC/Any other equivalent examination
Driver Mechanic : Interested candidates have passed SSLC/10th class examination with a valid certificate in Automobile Trade.
Age Limit :
Fire Station Officer : Age of interested candidates must be more than 21 years and less than 26 years.
Fireman Driver, Driver Mechanic and Fireman : Age of interested candidates must be more than 18 years and less than 26 years.
Application Fee : General category candidates have to pay Rs. 250/- and SC/ ST category candidates have to pay Rs. 100/-.
Scale of pay :
Fire Station Officer : Selected candidates will be eligible to grab salary of Rs. 16,000/- To Rs. 29,600/- per month.
Fireman Driver and Driver Mechanic : Selected candidates will be eligible to grab salary of Rs. 12,500/- To Rs. 24,000/- per month.
Fireman : Selected candidates will be eligible to grab salary of Rs. 11,600/- To Rs. 21,000/- per month.
Selection Process : Applicant will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and Interview.
